Limited Warranty
Firehawk Rooftop Sprinklers Apparatuses are covered by limited warranty of 20 years from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Cosmetic changes such as paint chipping off, paint fading, tarnish, scratches and/or other cosmetic issues are not covered. During the Warranty Period, Firehawk will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Firehawk will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. The Sprinkler head may need to be cleaned occasionally and is also covered by limited warranty of 3 years as it is offshore. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

No sprinkler system, apparatus or like device can protect buildings or the occupants of buildings from wildfire. This Sprinkler Apparatus will distribute water over your property if: set up correctly, activated in advance, and assuming water is flowing to the sprinklers. Firehawk Rooftop Sprinklers® will continue to operate without supervision. Always immediately evacuate a building in case of fire. Never stay inside of a building in case of fire. Always evacuate based on instructions from government authorities. If properly set up and operated in accordance with the applicable instructions, a sprinkler will reduce the risks posed by ember attack. Sprinklers will not protect buildings or the occupants of buildings from the direct flame or radiant heat of a wildfire. The purchasers will set up and operate sprinklers at their own risk and release and indemnify the manufacturers and suppliers of sprinklers and their directors, officers, servants, agents, employees and assigns from and against all actual, direct, indirect or alleged claims, damages, demands, losses, costs, liabilities, suits, actions, expenses or proceedings any whether arising under any statute or at common law, arising out of or in connection with injury to (which shall include illness) or death of any person or damage to or destruction of any real or personal property caused directly or indirectly by or in connection with the manufacture, supply, installation, operation or performance of sprinklers. Manufacturer is not responsible for adequate water flow to sprinkler in any event, such as but not limited to if the water supply is turned off or if there is a lack of water pressure. The above mentioned absolves Firehawk Rooftop Sprinklers® at point of purchase and possession of the buyer. Selling a defective product is not what we do, and we have tested these products to the best of our ability. Immediately contact us if your apparatus is not working as it should, and we will replace it, or refund your purchase price, undamaged in original packaging.
